Get In Touch

Choose the repair you require. Send your footwear or accessory. We'll repair and restore.

STEP 1: ORDER YOUR REPAIR

Find the item you'd like to be repaired and add it to your basket. A pre-paid postage label is provided at a cost of £5.99 or for free if the order total is £50 or over.

STEP 2: POST YOUR PAIR

Put your old pair or accessory in a secure parcel and send with your pre-paid shipping label. If you don't have a printer Royal Mail can print your label from your unique QR code. Drop off at any Royal Mail post office.

STEP 3: LET US DO OUR MAGIC

Your item will be returned to you. Restored to their former glory. Expected turnaround time - under 3 weeks.

STEP 4: RETURNED TO YOU

Your item arrives back with you.

STEP 5: GET BACK ON THE STREETS!

Your favourite pair ready to make new memories.
