Dr. Martens Repairs

Once you'd made your order via the website, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions including the content below. Please follow the steps below to send back your footwear to our repairs workshop.

1. Put your worn out Dr. Martens item(s) in a secure parcel or any sufficient shipping packaging (this is not provided by Dr. Martens Repairs)

2. Download your pre-paid shipping label here, print it out and attach it to your parcel. NB: You will need your order number to hand which can be found in the subject of your confirmation email (since you will need to fill out some details before you can retrieve the label).

3. Don't have a printer? No problem - Royal Mail can scan your QR code and print your label for you when you drop off your parcel

4. Drop off your parcel at any Royal Mail post office. Find your nearest location here.

Your item(s) will be returned to you via secure courier looking as good as new. Our expected turnaround time is under 3 weeks.
