UK Shipping & Repairs

Once you have placed your order via the website, you will receive a confirmation email with full instructions. Please follow the steps below to send your footwear to our repairs workshop.

How to Send Your Footwear

  1. Place your worn item(s) in secure shipping packaging (packaging is not provided).
  2. Include your order confirmation inside the parcel, clearly showing your order number, name and return address.
  3. Please remove any loose items you wish to keep (e.g. insoles, laces, boot trees or accessories).
  4. Use the link provided in your order confirmation email to create your postage label and QR code then send your items to us!

Shipping Costs

Postage covers two-way carriage (sending your footwear to us and return delivery to you).

  • Shipping is charged at checkout.
  • Free postage is available for UK mainland orders over £50.
  • Orders under £50 and non-mainland UK locations will be charged at the applicable rate shown at checkout.

Return Delivery & Turnaround Time

Your repaired item(s) will be returned via UPS.

Our expected turnaround time is under 3 weeks from the date your footwear arrives at our workshop.
